certified payroll quickbooks Certified Payroll Solution Take an On-Line Demonstration

Certified Payroll Solution works with QuickBooks to help you automate the time-consuming and error prone process of manually creating certified payroll reports from data that you have already entered in your QuickBooks company file.

It takes hours each week to complete these reports by hand or through the use of an Excel spreadsheet, where you must constantly update the information.  A simple U.S. Department of Labor WH-347 form with 8 employees takes an hour to manually complete from multiple QuickBooks reports.

In addition to the U.S. Department of Labor WH-347, which is used by most states, twenty-seven states have developed their own "state specific" requirements that have been derived from the Federal format.  To further complicate matters, several states have multiple reporting requirements, each administered by a different agency or organization.

How Does Certified Payroll Solution for QuickBooks work?

We have created demonstrations for each state requiring their own "specialized" certified payroll reporting format, that will take you approximately 40-45 minutes to view.  Each demonstration will show you how Certified Payroll Solution will interface with and use your existing QuickBooks data to produce these reports in minutes, rather than hours.  The demonstrations are also used for training purposes and are included with CD purchases of the program.
