Minnesota Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements
Minnesota's prevailing wage/certified payroll reporting requirements usually follow the requirements established by the U.S. Department of Labor and file the Federal WH-347 certified payroll form, EXCEPT when you perform work on Minnesota Department of Transportation projects, then you are required to file the Federal WH-347 certified payroll report with the Minnesota DOT's own special Statement of Compliance. You will be able to choose which forms to generate on a job-by-job basis.
Minnesota is now requiring electronic filing through the use of LCPtracker.
Additionally, the Minnesota DOT also has it's own special EEOC Report, which must be submitted on a monthly basis.
The demonstrations below will show you how Certified Payroll Solution will interface with and use your existing QuickBooks data to produce either of the reports; plus provide an overview of the setup required in both programs.
