Missouri Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Missouri's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements can be mandated by:

The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Division of Labor Standards; which requires the filing of form LS-57 - Contractor Payroll Records
The City of Kansas City form with a Daily Labor Force Report and Employee List
The U. S. Department of Labor and the filing of the WH-347 form.
