Nevada Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements
Nevada's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements are provided by multiple agencies:
- The Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner requires the filing of their own specialized form.
- The Nevada Department of Transportation requires the filing of their own specialized form.
- The Nevada DOT also requires the use of LCPtracker and electronic filing, in addition to, their paper form.
- The Federal or U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347 on a job-by-job basis.
You will be able to choose from each of these reporting requirements on a job-by-job basis.
