Nevada Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Nevada's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements are provided by multiple agencies:

The Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner requires the filing of their own specialized form.
The Nevada Department of Transportation requires the filing of their own specialized form.
The Nevada DOT also requires the use of LCPtracker and electronic filing, in addition to, their paper form.
The Federal or U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347 on a job-by-job basis.
