New Jersey Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

New Jersey's certified payroll reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.

• New Jersey Department of Labor and the filing of Form MW-30.
• New Jersey Department of Economic Development
• The U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
• The New York Department of Labor form has been added based on customer request

You will be able to select and use each of these forms on a job-by-job basis.

Additionally, the State of New Jersey Division of Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunity in Public Contracts and The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey each have their own special EEOC Report, which must be submitted on a monthly basis.
