Who provides support and how do I obtain support for Certified Payroll Solution?
All technical support for Certified Payroll Solution is handled directly by Sunburst Software Solutions, Inc., it is not outsourced.
You will be dealing directly with the people who wrote and designed the program, and those who have been trained specifically to support the software.
Support may be obtained Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST by phone, fax, or email.
Additionally, we provide an on-line user Forum where you may post questions and interact with others, and an abundance of self-help materials are available in our Certified Payroll Solution Training, Support & Resource Center.
