New Jersey's Equal Pay Act Reporting to begin on 3/31/19.

New Jersey Governor Murphy enacted the Diane B. This report MUST contain the gender, race, ethnicity, job category, compensation, and number of hours worked by each employee AND MUST BE EMAILED to NJDOL beginning 4/1/19.

NOTE:  All existing/current customers were notified on 4/1/19 that this update (new form & reporting requirements) is available.  New Trial users & customers will automatically have this form beginning 4/1/19.
