New Jersey Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

New Jersey's certified payroll reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.

• New Jersey Department of Labor and the filing of Form MW-30.
• New Jersey Department of Economic Development
• New Jersey Department of Transportation CR-347
• New Jersey Economic Development Authority  PW-4 Certified Weekly Payroll Report
• The U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
• The New York Department of Labor form has been added based on customer request
• New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA PW Form 4) Revised 12/2010
• New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development (NJDOL) Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act form MW-562 effective 4/1/2019
• *New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL) REVISED MW-562 effective 10/01/19*

The original Statement of Compliance page from NJDOL included the fringe benefit table on the same page as all the legal wording - we tried, but were unable to duplicate this and make it so you would still be able to read it.  We then contacted Kevin Triplet, Section Chief of Public Contracts [(609) 292-2259], explained the situation and we were told that they are willing to accept modifications as long as ALL the information is presented in a similar fashion.  And he was agreeable to us putting the Benefit program information table on a separate page.  We even emailed him a sample of what we planned to do.

Additionally, the State of New Jersey Division of Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunity in Public Contracts and The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey each have their own special EEOC Report, which must be submitted on a monthly basis - see EEOC Workforce Reporting.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years.
