Georgia Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Georgia's certified payroll/prevailing wage requirements utilize a slightly modified U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347, reporting for the Race & Gender of each employee. Some agencies are requiring that certified payroll data be submitted electronically using the MyLCM system.

Additionally, the Georgia Department of Transportation - Contractor's Monthly Employment Utilization Report is included.  See EEOC Workforce Reporting.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years, the current form is due to expire in 2018.
