How do I obtain a live demo and/or a trial of Construction Application for Payment Solution?  What kind of limitations are imposed upon the trial version?

The "How Does Construction Application for Payment Solution work?" video will cover the EXACT same things that a live demonstration will, perhaps even in more detail, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; without the difficulty of scheduling conflicts.

Audio/Video Training demonstrations are broken down into four steps, totaling approximately 2 hours worth of high level training:

1. Download, Installation, Granting Permissions to access QuickBooks data, and Initial Setup (28 minutes) - covers how to download the program from the internet, install it on your computer, grant QuickBooks Permissions, and setting up your company billing preferences.
2. Customizing your billing forms (36 minutes) - covers customizing your billing forms to include your company logo, changing the From/To/and With blocks, as well as customizing and creating a new form.
3. QuickBooks Setup Video (32 minutes) - a review of your QuickBooks company file setup, and the information that CAPS "expects" to find there, in order to accurately generate your billings on authentic AIA® G702/G703 Contract Documents - OR - the CAPS Certificate and Application for Payment and Exhibit A - Schedule of Work forms.
4. Running CAPS & creating billings (39 minutes) - an overview of creating your first set of 32+billings using Construction Application for Payment Solution.

Free, fully functional, 30 day trials are available upon request, if you feel that the product is, indeed, something you are interested in.

The trial version of the program is fully functional and will allow you to work with QuickBooks® Progress Invoices dated 30 days before to 30 days after the date, you request the trial.  While in its trial state, a "Demonstration" watermark will appear on your printed reports, and the print on AIA® original documents function is disabled.

Trials are easily converted to a fully licensed version upon your purchase, by entering an "unlock code" that we provide you with when you purchase.
