September 29, 2008 - QuickBooks 2009 Compatibility Available.

Beginning today, Monday, September 29, 2008, QuickBooks 2009 compatibility is available for our software. 

NewTrial Users and Customers will receive this compatibility automatically.

Existing customers are being contacted today (9/29/08) and MUST install compatibility updates; available by selecting the Help menu, in either Certified Payroll Solution or Construction Application for Payment Solution, and choosing Check for Updates. 

Certified Payroll Solution Users will want to update to version 5.0.289 - for complete details on  Updating CPS to work with a new version of QuickBooks, click here and then click either Download or View.

Construction Application for Payment Solution Users will want to update to version 5.0.159 - for complete details on Updating CAPS to work with a new version of QuickBooks, click here, and then click either download or View.

Important Note:

Effective 1/14/09 - since the initital release of our QuickBooks compatibility updates on September 29, 2008 we have added new features and functionallities to both programs, and there will be additional updates available.  Please update your software to the most current version of the program.  Depending upon the current version of your software (Use Help menu -> About option to determine your version) multiple downloads may be required.

Construction Application for Payment Solution Details:

If your current version of Construction Application for Payment Solution (CAPS) is between Version 5.0.088 and 5.0.15, you must update to Version 5.0.151 FIRST and then update to Version 5.0.159.  If you are interested in any of the enhancements in either 5.0.160 or 5.0.163 (details are available by clicking the Release Notes button on the Help -> Check for Updates window and both are Alpa Releases).

Certified Payroll Solution Details:

If you current version of Certified Payroll Solution (CPS) is between Version 5.0.136 and 5.0.206, you must update to Version 5.0.207 FIRST and then update to Version 5.0.319 in order to obtain the new Federal WH-347 Form. 

IF however, your version is HIGHER than Version 5.0.207, you can update driectly to Version 5.0.319.
