What states are currently enforcing weighted-average overtime laws?

According to our research, we found that the following states have adopted the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Weighted-Average Overtime Law:  Pennsylvania, Utah, New Jersey, North Carolina, Maryland, Florida, Ohio, and Colorado. 

Additionally, Oregon also has a weighted-average overtime law that is slightly different than the Federal Law.
