Trade Show:  Visit us at the LCPtracker User Conference

We'll be exhibiting (as a Vendor) at the 3rd Annual LCPtracker User Conference - May 28 - 30, 2013, held at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago. 

LCPtracker is an online program used to handle all of the (prevailing wage/certified payroll) reporting and documentation requirements of contractors who work on public works projects.

If any of our Certified Payroll Solution customers are attending this even, please be sure to come find us in the Vendor area - as we'd love to meet you in person!

Office Closures & Vacation Schedule - Mark your calendars!

Our office will be closed during the following periods - there will be limited to no live support during these periods.

Trade Show -May 24th through May 31st - We will be closing our office at 5 p.m. EST on Thursday May 23rd and will not reopen until 9 a.m. EST on Monday June 3rd.  During this time we will be attending the LCPtracker User Conference.

Vacation - July 3rd through July 12th - We will be closing our office at 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday July 2and will reopen at 9 a.m. EST on Monday July 15th. 

Vacation -August 1st through August 5th - We sill be closing our office at 5 p.m. on Wednesday July 31st and will reopen at 9 a.m. EST on Tuesday August 6th.

Support for QuickBooks 2010 ending May 31, 2013

Intuit will be "sunsetting or retiring" QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2010 and Enterprise 10.0 on May 31, 2013.  Don't wait until the last second to install the new version and don't do it on a day that you have payroll or billing to do - or you'll be hating life in a BIG way!

Our software will need a compatibility update in order to talk with the QuickBooks 2013, you'll find instructions for obtaining the compatibility update in the Support Area of our website - download and print this article now.
