New York Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

New York's certified payroll reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.  Since our inception in 2000, the most utilized reporting forms have come from the following agencies.  Other forms can be added upon request. 

• New York Department of Labor - Bureau of Public Work
• New York City School Construction Authority
• The City of New York, Office of the Comptroller - Division of Labor Law
• The U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
• Electronic filing compatibility with TRS Consultant's Inc. Labor Compliance program.

You will be able to select and use each of these forms on a job-by-job basis.

The demonstrations will take approximately 30 minutes to view and will show you how Certified Payroll Solution will interface with and use your existing QuickBooks data to produce either of the reports; plus, provide an overview of the setup required in both programs.
