Missouri Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Missouri's certified payroll reporting requirements can be mandated by any of the following agencies; each with their own unique reporting requirements:

• Missouri Department of Labor & Industrial Relations - Division of Labor Standards Form LS-57 - NEW effective 01/01/10
• City of Kansas City
• U.S. Department of Labor WH-347
