Massachusetts Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements
Massachusetts certified payroll reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.
- Massachusetts Port Authority
- Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety
- Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management
- U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
