Massachusetts certified payroll reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.

• Massachusetts Port Authority
• Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety
• Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management
• U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
