Kentucky Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Kentucky's certified payroll reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies or organizations, however, since our inception in 2000, the only filing format that has been used or requested by our customers in Kentucky is the U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-347 or a modified WH-347 that shows deductions based on This Job/All Jobs.

• Kentucky Labor Cabinet
• Kentucky Transportation Cabinet
• U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
• Modified WH-347 which reports deductions based on This Job/All Jobs

While we currently do not offer either the Labor Cabinet or Transportation Cabinet forms, please contact us and we will be happy to provide them. 

The demonstrations will take approximately 30 minutes to view and will show you how Certified Payroll Solution will interface with and use your existing QuickBooks data to produce either of the reports; plus, provide an overview of the setup required in both programs.
