These are common error messages that you could encounter when setting up Worker's Compensation information found from System Setup->System Preferences->W/C Info tab.  Only companies residing in California, Connecticut, Kansas, and Missouri need complete this section.

Not a valid effective date.  MM/DD/YY.
Please enter a valid date in MM/DD/YYYY or MM/DD/YY format.

Not a valid expiration date.  MM/DD/YY.
