Hawaii Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Beginning October 1, 2009 Hawaii has implemented it's own State mandated Prevailing Wage Laws and certified payroll reporting requirements.  For State-funded construction projects you will now be required to file either a new "standard" state form or a Department of Education form - both of which are administered by the Department of Accounting and General Services - Public Works.  For Federally funded-sonnstruction projects the WH-347 certified payroll report and WH-347 Statement of Compliance are still available.  You will be able to choose which forms to generate on a job-by-job basis.

The demonstrations will take approximately 30 minutes to view and will show you how Certified Payroll Solution will interface with and use your existing QuickBooks data to produce either of the reports; plus provide an overview of the setup required in both programs.
