I am really trying to figure out how to put in my 2.80 ded in quickbooks so it shows up right on the business and Industry form? Where should I be looking?

What is the "2.80 ded" you refer to. Once it is setup in QB, CPS will have you assign it next time it sees it. From the prior post, please call and we will solve the problems.
