Certified Payroll Solution - Reconciliation Step 3 Errors 

These are errors that can occur at the Reconcile Step 3 screen, where you enter or modify, the Payroll Numbers.

Please enter a valid Payroll Number in Row Y.
Make sure that you have entered a number in the Payroll Number field at the row specified.

Please enter valid Payroll Numbers in rows X, Y.....
Make sure that you have entered a number in the Payroll Number field at the rows specified.

Please enter Yes or No in Row Y.
This error is referencing the Finished? column, meaning, is the job finished as of this payroll. Only Yes or No are permitted in the row specified.

This error is referencing the Finished? column, meaning, is the job finished as of this payroll. Only Yes or No are permitted in the rows specified.

Employee xxx and wage yyy was not set up.
Please set up all wages used for this employee in their QuickBooks Employee Record.  All Payroll Wage Items must have a dollar value assigned to them in the Employee Record.  See Setting Up or Changing Employee Records in the manual.  If this error lists all of your Employees, you have not granted CPS permission to access this information from your QuickBooks file.
