EEOC/Work Utilization/Manning Report Error Messages
You could encounter the following error messages when running any of the EEOC/Work Utilization/Manning Reports; available from the Run menu ->EEOC Reports -> and choosing Federal. State, or Local
Please enter a Report Due Date.
Enter the Report Date in mm/dd/yy or mm/dd/yyyy format.
Please select a month to report. Click on the Month drop-down list and Select a Month.
Please enter a valid Year.
Enter a year in yyyy format: i.e. 2003.
Please enter a valid number of copies (1-99).
Enter a valid number between 1 and 99.
Blank spots or missing information on the reports.
This is usually caused by neglecting to complete information contained in the "Header" or the grid that you see, when you are ready to print. From the CPS, Run Menu-->EEOC Reports-->select the report, and click on the Header or Defaults button, complete the required information.
