Frequently Asked Question about On-Line Classroom Training:

Registration/Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Once you have registered and paid for a training class there are no refunds.  However, if you find that you cannot attend the class that you registered for you may choose to attend another session in the future.  Contact us to reschedule your class.

How do we access the training class?  We will rpovide you with a link to access the training class via an email sent 1 day prior to the class.  Simply click the link, sign in, and enjoy!

Will we have both video and audio during the class?  Both audio and video are available.  The quality of the video feed requires a broadband internet connection (at least 350 MB download speed recommended).  Video experiences may also vary depending on your computer's memory capacity and processing speed.

How do we ask questions of the presenter?  Attendees will be able to submit typed questons to which the presenter will respond verbally.  We will cover as many questions as posible within the time constraints of the session.

Will this training class prepare me with everything I need to know about government-funded construction contracts and certified payroll reporting?  No, there is no way that a single 2 hour class can teach you everything.  However, the training class and other course materials, which will be provided to each attendee, will provide you with enough background and basic materials that you should be able to handle most things that you encounter.

Does this class offer State specific trianing for certified payroll requirements?  No.  The reporting requirements found in all 50 states vary too much to be covered in a single 2-hours class.  We will focus on the reporting requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor's Davis-Bacon Act and the completion of form WH-347 as at one time or another you will be required to submit this form when a job is funded with Federal dollars.

Do you offer CPE credits or a Certificate of Completion for this class?  No.

Will this class teach me how to use your software?  No, it will not, we offer free Audio/Video Training that will teach you to use our software.  You can find the video's, in both a Flash and Windows Media Player version, in our Support Area .
