A client using CPS is getting their certified payroll reports with different amounts for FWH, Medicare, ect. than the paycheck indicates. A previous run also doubled the gross wages, but everything else was okay. Any insights as to why CPS isn't bringing the QB data over exactly as it appears on the paycheck? Thanks!

First check that the paycheck date range is correct for that week worked.

I'll also assume that the Linked Data --> Deductions are correct, but this might be worth a quick peek to be sure they are assigned to the proper box for reporting.

Rebuilding the QuickBooks data.

To do this make sure nobody else is using QB, then Window --> Close All, then File --> Utilities --> Rebuild Data. You will be forced to backup and then the rebuild will take place. Don't bother to do the verify, it does not always say there is a problem when there is.
