I am in Missouri, and we are on a ARRA project where the City's personnel has been informed they will be audited by the State.

On my reports it does not show a fringe rate. It shows a base rate only. On the "other" column, it shows an amount coded to Union. When dividing that amount by the hours it does not come up to the correct fringe rate. Also the Operator's "Other column" amounts are all different, even when they have the same hours being reported.

I need to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I'm afraid that there is far too much information that I need from you to respond to this question on line - such as which form are you printing and which form are you supposed to be submitting as well as how you set CPS up to track those fringes.
