ONLY certified payroll program you should consider using!
Never done a review of a product before but with this one we have to!! WOW! This is the only
certified payroll software you will ever need! we have been suing this product for our commercial
construction company for over 4 years and have never ever had any problems! Our jobs are hard
enough without dealing with software that doesn't do it's job and with "Certified Payroll Solution"
you can count on it to always be correct and very user friendly. The company stays right on top of the
latest version of QuickBooks and is pro-active with all their customers--something you just don't
find in today's busy world. They really care about their customers and jump right in to help if you
ever have any questions or concerns! We have sometimes had up to 9 jobs at one time that
required certified payroll and this software picks up all the required information right out of
QuickBooks and automatically puts it on the forms for you. They also make sure your forms comply with your
specific state's requirements. We print Certified Payroll Reports, Statements of
Compliance, and the system automatically prints a "No Work Performed" report if there is no
time entered for that week on a specific job. We can't say enough positive things about this
company and their "Certified Payroll Solution"!

answer we were looking for
When we were faced with putting certified payroll reports together manually, we decided to look for
a better solution and have found it. Certified Payroll Solutions has made it incredibly easy to extract
our QuickBooks data and put it neatly in the desired reports. What would have taken us hours to
complete can now be accomplished in minutes. Customer service is outstanding, questions are
answered quickly and when an update to QuickBooks caused a problem, CPS had a fix for us within hours!
It's great to have a worry free environment to create reports and ultimately have in hand professional,
easy to read reports.

Saved our lives!
We were a new company and getting some great jobs and then "Certified Payroll" lifted it's ugly
head. The software works great (easy and fast)...but the service and support was the BEST!
Email or phone with a "fire".....Ben and Nancy have always followed up with a quick solution.
Unbelievable service for this day and age.

Certified Payroll Solution Works
I run a small construction company and used to all my Certified Payroll Reports by hand.
Using Certified Payroll Solution has freed much valuable time as the program does all the work.
What used to take me an hour or two now only takes minutes. Their support staff is also wonderful, I had
one small problen and they worked to fix it even through it was not in their program but in my setup
of payroll. I'd recommend Certified Payroll Solution to anyone considering an automated
program for certified payrolls.
