Certified Payroll Solution - Technical Specifications

Certified Payroll Solution has passed the QuickBooks Technical Review process for Intuit Developer Network members.  The QuickBooks Technical Review is administered by an independent third party and consists of over 30 test cases designed to verify the high quality of this product's:

  • Install/Uninstall processes
  • Basic functionality
  • Integration with QuickBooks
  • Security
  • Error handling

  • Intel® Pentium III recommended
  • Minimum RAM 128 MB, 256 MB or more recommended
  • 150 MB of disk space for program

Software Requirements:

  • Windows® Vista with the latest Service Pack applied OR**
  • Windows® Server 2003 with the latest Service Pack applied OR
  • Windows® XP Professional with the latest Service Pack applied OR
  • Windows® XP Home Edition with the latest Service Pack applied OR
  • Windows® 2000 - Service Pack 3 OR
  • Windows® NT 4.0 - Service Pack 6 OR*
  • Windows® ME with the latest Critical Updates applied OR*

**Important Information Regarding Windows Vista - only QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2007/2008 and/or Enterprise Solutions 7.0/8.0 will run on Windows Vista.

**Important Information Regarding QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2003/2004 and Enterprise Solutions 3.0/4.0 - Users of these versions may still utilize the reporting capabilities of Certified Payroll Solution, however, you must be using a "manual payroll" method in QuickBooks.  Please contact us for more details if you use these versions.
