All technical support for Construction Application for Payment Solution is handled directly by Sunburst Software Solutions, Inc., it is not outsourced.
You will be dealing directly with the people who wrote and designed the program, and those who have been trained specifically to support the software.
Support may be obtained Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time by phone, fax, or email.
