U.S. Department of Labor - WH-347 Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiane, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming all follow the reporting requirements established by the U.S. Department of Labor and file the Federal WH-347 certified payroll form.
