Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Nevada's certified payroll reporting mandates are provided by the Department of Business & Industry, and require the filing of their own special form.   In addition to the form provided by the Department of Business & Industry, you will be able to select the use of the Federal or U.S. Department of Labor form WH-347 on a job-by-job basis.
