Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Missouri's certified payroll reporting mandates follow the requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor, with one exception - if you perform work for the City of Kansas City you will be required to submit their own special certified payroll report forms plus a Daily Labor Force Report and an Employee List.   You will be able to select the use of the Federal or U.S. Department of Labor form WH-347 or the City of Kansas City form on a job-by-job basis.

The City of Kansas City, MO forms are brand new to Certified Payroll Solution as of late December 2006.  We are currently in the process of developing a training demonstration using these forms, however, all instructions are documented within the trial version of the program.
