Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements
Kentucky's certified payroll reporting requirements can be governed by any of the following
agencies or organizations, however, in the last 5 years the only filing format that has been
used is the U.S. Department of Labor WH-347 or a modified WH-347 that shows Deduction based on
This Job/All Jobs. While we currently do not have either of the
Transportation Cabinet forms, contact us and we will provide them for you.
- Kentucky Labor Cabinet
- Kentucky Transportation Cabinet
- U.S. Department of Labor and the filing of a standard WH-347
- Modified WH-347 that reports deductions for This Job/All Jobs.
