Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements
Delaware's certified payroll reporting mandates are provided by Department of Labor, and require the filing of
their specialized form. In addition to the DOL form, you will be able to select the use of the Federal or U.S.
Department of Labor form WH-347 on a job-by-job basis.
