Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements
Connecticut's certified payroll reporting mandates are provided by Connecticut Department of Labor,
and require the filing of Form WWS-CP1. In addition to the DOL Form WWS-CP1, you will be able to
select the use of the Federal or U.S. Department of Labor form WH-347 on a job-by-job basis.
